From the Who We Are page:

We are a growing circle of gay and queer men, friends and neighbours who are centred on the land a.k.a. Amber Fox.

We tend to be non-mainstream and include a diverse range of ages, body types, ethnic backgrounds, occupations, and interests.

Some of us live in the nearby country, some in cities close and far, and we all enjoy the outdoors and connecting with nature.

We gather together to explore gay spirit, ritual, sexuality, and fellowship. Mostly, we enjoy each others' company and the unexpected things we cook up when we bring together our energy, creativity and talents.

Nothing one can say about the radical faeries is authoritative (five faeries, six opinions), so this website doesn't even try. What you have here is more like a scrap-book about a place and the people who have gathered there.

The archive is a photo scrapbook arranged by years; if you've never been to a gathering, this might be a good place to get a feel for the people and the activites.

The links page will direct you to other pages about faeries, to the pages of some of the people who gather at a.k.a. Amber Fox, and to the mailing list we maintain.

Because a.k.a. Amber Fox happens on privately owned land, we gather at specific times. It is not a sanctuary per se, and we ask that outside of published gathering times, people not arrive unannounced. During gathering times, we chip in $20 a day for food, kerosene, etc, more if we can, less if we can't; everyone helps out with chores.
